Montessori Students Heading to Model UN in New York

Two students from Vinyard Montessori School in Falmouth, Massachusetts will participate in the Montessori Model United Nations Conference in New York City, March 14 to 17. Marysol Jurzcyk and Arin Atema will present research, position papers and speeches at the annual event.

Desert Sky Montessori receives $450K State Grant

Desert Sky Montessori, a 501c3 public elementary charter school in Bend, Oregon, announced it applied for and received a substantial, $450,000 implementation grant from the Oregon Department of Education. Desert Sky Montessori School received confirmation their grant application had been approved while also receiving ODE's highest ever score on a grant of this nature.
