Margaret Beagle (She/Her)Instructional Guide
Margaret found Montessori Education when studying child development in college and never looked back! She was so intrigued by this educational philosophy that aligned with everything she was learning about how children develop and couldn’t stop learning more. She holds an undergraduate degree in Child and Family Studies from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s in Montessori Education from St. Catherine University, along with a 3-6 Montessori Credential from the American Montessori Society. She also holds MACAR 1 training (Montessori Applied to Children at Risk) from the Shelton School in Dallas. Margaret’s graduate research focused on early literacy and Montessori practice, so she attends literacy workshops whenever she gets the chance!
Margaret has experience teaching in both public and private Montessori programs and currently guides a 3-6 classroom in Nashville, where she lives with her husband and three children. Montessori has deeply impacted the way she parents her own children and she loves sharing the Montessori philosophy with parents.
When she isn’t teaching, she loves trying new restaurants and adventuring outside with her family.
